Experiential Learning Trips
CLP’s programs are built around the belief that young people thrive when they are seen, heard, and supported. We create safe and engaging spaces where youth can explore their identities, share their stories, and connect across cultures and communities.
Experiential learning is at the heart of our approach. Whether through community engagement, creative expression, or cross-cultural exchanges, CLP empowers youth to recognize their own leadership potential and the power of collaboration.
Through mentorship, leadership circles, and community projects, participants develop confidence, critical thinking, and a sense of belonging. Our mentors, and community leaders help guide discussions that encourage reflection, teamwork, and collective problem-solving on both local and global issues.
A word from our President…
“CLP believes that helping our youth think critically about the issues that impact them and their world will lead them to take action for positive change. CLP youth organize service projects and take experiential learning trips that help them “think globally and act locally.” We do this while fostering safe spaces for youth to be their whole selves.”
